Rapper's Launches TMT Promotions
50 Cent has founded his own boxing promotion company, TMT Promotion. The "TMT" stands for "The Money Team," the moniker that 50, his longtime friend Floyd Mayweather and several of their associates have used as the name of their crew of affiliates. 50 has reportedly licensed the TMT brand in New York, and is in the process of applying for a license in Nevada. According to Sports Illustrated, 50 plans to work alongside Mayweather. He is also expected to sign former featherweight title holder Yuri Gamboa and super middleweight contender Andre Dirrell. |
