A fresh faced Beyonce was spotted with her 7 month old Blue Ivy in Manhattan on Wednesday morning (July 18). The mother-daughter duo both sported brand new looks since their last time in public; Beyonce had a head full of box braids and Blue Ivy just had a head full of hair.
