The dress code at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ annual yacht party at the Cannes Film Festival was clear — floor length gowns and bare feet. Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Rita Ora, Tara Reid, and Kelly Brook all keep their heels in the car and  gave their feet a rest for the evening.
